This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the architectural design and evolution of the wallet account system, managing various account types in a unified manner.

• Lead the integration and abstraction of heterogeneous account systems, establishing a unified account model and Web3 ID capabilities.

• Design external wallet capabilities, providing standardized interfaces for accounts, signatures, and transactions.

• Accountable for the design and development of core backend services for the wallet, encompassing key links such as asset management, token lists, transaction history, on-chain broadcasting, and Gas strategies.

• Oversee the storage design, query performance, and version compatibility for wallet data at a scale of hundreds of millions.

• Manage the integration and decoupling of wallet capabilities with market data, tokens, node RPC, and assets.

• Ensure support and maintenance for multi-chain wallet access on EVM, Solana, and other mainstream public chains.

• Responsible for the complete workflow of transaction construction, signing, broadcasting, and status tracking to ensure stability in scenarios such as network congestion and nonce conflicts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of backend development experience.

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience with Golang.

• Proficient in concurrency models (Goroutine / Channel), standard libraries, and mainstream frameworks (Gin / Go-zero / Gorm).

• Familiar with microservices architecture and distributed system design, including message queues, distributed locks, circuit breakers, rate limiting, and idempotency design.

• Expertise in SQL / NoSQL database optimization.

• Knowledgeable in Redis cache design and Kafka asynchronous processing.

• Experience in storage design and query optimization for large-scale data scenarios.

• Led the architectural design and implementation of medium to large backend systems from the ground up.

• Possess modeling experience in core domains such as accounts, orders, and assets.

• At least 3 years of experience in Web3 development.

• Understand fundamental blockchain principles, familiar with transaction processes and contract interaction mechanisms.

• Knowledgeable about EVM and Solana; familiarity with Move / Sui is a plus.

• Well-versed in the complete transaction workflow, including construction, signing, broadcasting, nonce management, and Gas strategies.

• Practical experience with mainnet wallets or trading systems.

• Familiar with mainstream wallet account systems, including mnemonic phrases, private keys, hardware wallets, MPC, and custodial wallets.

• Understand the security models and use cases for various types of accounts.

• Experienced in backend development for wallets, having led or deeply participated in core modules such as account systems, asset modules, and transaction histories.

• Possess experience in merging, abstracting, and building external open capabilities for multi-account systems, or have a clear methodology in this direction.

• Regularly use AI Coding Agents for development, with corresponding engineering documentation.

• Practical experience in building Agent Harness and writing Skills / Prompts.

• Familiar with concepts like MCP, Tool Use, RAG, Eval, and their engineering implementation boundaries.
