This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Responsible for the backend architecture design and development of a Web3 aggregated trading system, integrating multiple public chains, various DEXs, and liquidity sources from market makers.
• Design and implement routing algorithms and optimal path selection strategies, balancing multiple objectives such as price, slippage, gas, and transaction probability.
• Oversee the complete transaction process including construction, signing, broadcasting, and status tracking, ensuring stability and success rates in high concurrency and network congestion scenarios.
• Develop and implement a Request for Quote (RFQ) system, interfacing with on-chain liquidity pools, off-chain market makers, and centralized exchanges (CEX) for various quote sources.
• Create and implement a market maker access protocol, covering quote subscription, updates, transaction confirmations, and risk control checks.
• Establish a quote quality assessment and market maker grading mechanism to dynamically adjust routing weights.
• Optimize end-to-end latency and throughput for pricing, routing, and transaction processes.
• Design trading risk control and throttling mechanisms that encompass slippage protection, price deviation, replay protection, and gas anomalies.
• Over 5 years of backend development experience.
• More than 3 years of hands-on experience with Golang.
• Proficient in concurrency models (Goroutine / Channel), standard libraries, and popular frameworks (Gin / Go-zero / Gorm).
• Skilled in microservices architecture and distributed system design, including message queues, distributed locks, circuit breaking, throttling, and idempotent design.
• Expertise in SQL / NoSQL database optimization, familiar with Redis cache design and Kafka asynchronous processing.
• Experience in designing and optimizing low-latency, high-concurrency systems.
• At least 3 years of Web3 development experience, with a solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, transaction processes, and contract interaction mechanisms.
• Familiar with mainstream public chain interaction mechanisms, specifically with EVM and Solana; knowledge of Sui / Ton is a plus.
• Knowledgeable about the complete on-chain transaction process, including transaction construction, signing, broadcasting, nonce management, and gas strategies, with practical experience in mainnet trading systems.
• Familiar with the pool models, price calculations, and state maintenance of major DEXs (Uniswap V2 / V3, Curve, Raydium, Orca, etc.).
• Hands-on development experience with aggregators (such as 1inch, Jupiter, OKX, etc.), having led or significantly contributed to the design and implementation of routing algorithms, quote aggregation, or transaction execution processes.
• Led the architectural design and implementation of medium to large backend systems from the ground up.
• Strong learning ability, capable of quickly adapting to new technologies, public chains, and protocols, while assessing their practical value and implementation pathways in business.
• Regularly utilizes AI Coding Agents for development, with relevant engineering documentation.
• Practical experience in building Agent Harnesses and writing Skills / Prompts.
• Familiar with concepts such as MCP, Tool Use, RAG, and Eval, along with their engineering implementation boundaries.
• Bonus: Experience in developing market maker systems, quote engines, or order management systems (OMS).
• Bonus: Knowledge of MEV, Mempool monitoring, or Bundle submission (like Flashbots, Jito) is advantageous.
