Web Product Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Develop and clearly communicate the product vision and strategy in line with company objectives and market trends.

• Facilitate the enhancement of product features to address user requirements and utilize emerging technologies.

• Supervise the collection and assessment of new product concepts.

• Perform cost/benefit analyses in collaboration with engineering to evaluate value and feasibility.

• Create and execute a prioritization framework for product features and improvements.

• Design and uphold product roadmaps that include milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and manage expectations.

• Ensure operational preparedness for effective product launches and ongoing operations.

• Lead user research and data analysis to guide product decisions and enhance user experience.

• Implement feedback systems to capture user insights and promote continuous improvement.

• Monitor and enhance product financial performance, encompassing cost management, revenue forecasting, and profitability.

• Define and track product OKRs.

• Work with marketing on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and promotional initiatives.

• Direct the internal product marketing strategy to ensure that business and sales leaders comprehend the product.

• Indirectly guide cross-functional teams throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in managing stakeholders effectively.

• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, etc.).

• Proven capability to conduct user research and analyze data.

• Financial insight with experience in optimizing product finances.

• Experience in formulating and executing OKRs.

• Familiarity with key performance indicators.

• Comprehensive understanding of technology trends, development processes, and digital product lifecycles.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across various groups.
