This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the launch of new insurance offerings, enhancements to current products, and expansion into new markets.

• Work in partnership with Distribution, Actuarial, Claims, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Data teams on product-related updates and initiatives.

• Perform competitive, market, and portfolio analyses to pinpoint trends, emerging risks, and growth prospects.

• Assess agency performance and create data-informed strategies to enhance business results.

• Define and implement product roadmaps that align with the company's strategic objectives.

• Spearhead cross-functional initiatives and organizational change efforts aimed at driving profitability, market growth, and long-term success.

• Oversee regulatory compliance and ensure that updates are executed in a timely manner.

• Utilize mathematical and statistical methodologies to assess profitability and competitive standing by state and program.

• Review insurance company submissions, rate algorithms, underwriting guidelines, forms, and regulatory adjustments.

• Offer strategic recommendations to executives on product strategy, tactical implementation, and prioritization.

• Assist in the development of new products while maintaining profit and loss accountability for ongoing operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in insurance product management, product development, or a similar field.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• In-depth expertise in insurance products and strong commercial insight.

• Excellent judgment and confident, data-driven decision-making abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and capabilities to enhance productivity and business performance.

• Strong project management and leadership skills across functions.

• Familiarity with insurance product development, pricing, and regulatory filing protocols.

• Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and SQL.

• Strategic mindset with the capability to convert insights into actionable plans.

• Outstanding self-management, prioritization, and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
