This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap.
• Create product market requirements documents that prioritize features and provide justifications.
• Utilize AI tools to formulate product requirements and prototypes.
• Stay informed about competitors in the market.
• Work collaboratively across various teams within the organization.
• Establish core product positioning and messaging.
• Collect requirements and feedback from customers.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to create effective sales tools.
• Recommend an overall budget to ensure product success.
• Provide brief training to the sales team during quarterly sales meetings.
• Oversee product development, strategy, and performance within a designated business unit.
• Manage clinical and claims data across products to facilitate risk adjustment and quality software and service initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and influence business decisions without direct authority.
• Foster team consensus to launch products and manage their lifecycle.
• Fulfill responsibilities detailed in annual performance evaluations or goal setting.
• Complete special projects and other assigned tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field demonstrating technical expertise, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with health plan data types, such as claims, clinical chart, and eligibility data.
• Strong analytical and product management capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of how to interpret client business needs and convert them into application and operational requirements.
• Proven track record in defining and launching web-based services and products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to interact professionally with diverse groups, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Technical background with software development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and database interaction functionalities.
• Experience in Medicare Advantage or other healthcare settings is preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a strong sense of urgency.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Experience working within a matrixed organization.
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• A dedicated and secure work area is required.
• High-speed internet access/connectivity and appropriate office setup and maintenance must be provided.
• Willingness to travel as directed by Leadership (10–15%).
• Capability to move equipment weighing up to 10 lbs. for presentation setup.
• Ability to remain stationary, often standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Proficiency in performing repetitive motions involving the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
