Web Developer, Marketing AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform AI-generated HTML files and web designs into functional, production-ready pages within the CMS.

• Evaluate and modify pages to ensure they adhere to GoEngineer’s brand standards, marketing style guide, and technical specifications.

• Link buttons, pop-ups, URLs, and other interactive elements to the appropriate website functionalities.

• Integrate HubSpot forms, validate submissions and lead routing, and guarantee seamless data flow between connected systems.

• Diagnose front-end issues, resolve bugs, and develop or modify custom code snippets and web elements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Perform quality assurance checks across various devices and browsers.

• Collaborate with content developers, digital marketing leaders, and technical team members from the initial concept to final launch.

• Create and enhance repeatable workflows for transitioning AI-generated content to the web.

• Provide hands-on assistance across HubSpot, Shopify, and Celigo integrations, workflows, and data synchronization.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for web assets, integrations, and consistent processes.

• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and suggest new tools, techniques, and opportunities.

• Maintain a balance between speed and quality while managing a fast-paced project pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in front-end web development with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with a CMS and the ability to learn new web platforms and systems.

• Practical experience in supporting forms, integrations, and workflows across marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Shopify, or Celigo.

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted web development tools or coding assistants, including Cursor, Claude, or Codex.

• A keen interest in developing efficient workflows that enhance web production and automation.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on proactive engagement, including addressing roadblocks and keeping team members informed.

• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with creative and technical teams.

• High attention to detail and a quality-assurance perspective.

• Experience in testing, debugging, and documenting web elements, form connections, and user experiences.
