Senior Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to enhance and develop new features for the flagship Console product.

• Assume responsibility for strategic technical and architectural decisions concerning front-end development.

• Proactively identify, assess, and suggest enhancements that can promote product growth and improve productivity.

• Analyze complex problems, decompose them systematically, and create high-quality, maintainable solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product Marketing, Developer Relations, and Growth Marketing, to meet front-end development requirements.

• Develop front-end experiences for product demonstrations, open-source projects, marketing materials, and other related initiatives.

• Contribute to technical RFCs, design documents, and other written materials to effectively communicate technical decisions and solutions.

• Assist in establishing and upholding engineering practices and standards that facilitate scalability and long-term product development.

• Proactively identify technical and product challenges, working with relevant teams to prioritize and resolve them.

• Foster a strong engineering culture as the company continues to expand.

• Ensure front-end solutions deliver a high-quality experience for customers and users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and contemporary front-end development.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a systematic approach to analyzing and breaking down complex engineering challenges.

• Capability to effectively tackle ambiguous problems and independently determine suitable solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly express technical concepts and decisions.

• Experience in writing or contributing to RFCs, design documents, technical documentation, or similar materials.

• Ability to organize and present technical information clearly for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.

• Strong initiative and capacity to identify problems and opportunities without needing detailed direction.

• Understanding of the broader business context for technical and product challenges and ability to contribute to prioritization.

• Keen curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies.

• Proven ability to apply engineering and communication skills to achieve positive outcomes for engineering teams, businesses, and users.

• Proficient in collaborating effectively with product, design, engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
