Senior / Staff Front End Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and develop the next generation of Clear Street Active, an advanced trading platform tailored for active traders.

• Incorporate real-time market data, low-latency execution processes, and sophisticated trading tools into a highly responsive web interface.

• Work alongside a cross-functional team on large-scale projects.

• Provide impactful solutions and contribute to enhancing Clear Street’s prime brokerage experience.

• Collaborate with engineers and team members from various backgrounds.

• Play a role in a platform designed for institutional clients and the financial sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in developing web applications.

• Over 3 years of experience with modern web technologies, demonstrating success at a Senior Engineer level or above.

• Proficient in creating and sustaining high-performance, scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, Tanstack, and Tailwind.

• Emphasize end-user experience in API design, functionality, and performance.

• Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

• Enthusiasm for delivering a top-notch developer experience, focusing on tooling, performance, and maintainability.
