Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences.

• Oversee designated design requests, ensuring a balance between efficiency and quality with guidance from senior designers.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure designs align with ICP objectives, content, and messaging.

• Utilize the existing website design system and adhere to established visual brand guidelines.

• Implement accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and best practices for websites.

• Leverage data and user insights to inform design iterations and enhancements.

• Engage in design reviews and integrate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders.

• Assist with no-code implementation and publishing in WordPress, including asset preparation and quality assurance.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, development, and creative teams to realize business objectives and user requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Basic understanding of web, brand, or digital design along with core UX/UI principles, gained through coursework, internships, or initial hands-on projects.

• Some experience in designing responsive, mobile-first marketing websites.

• A portfolio showcasing the ability to transform information into clean, visually appealing designs tailored to project and brand specifications.

• Comfortable adhering to established design guidelines and escalating inquiries to a senior designer or manager.

• Interest in partnering with video or motion designers on web projects.

• Openness to learning how to build and maintain design systems and component libraries under guidance.

• Foundational design skills in layout, composition, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.

• Enthusiasm for taking ownership of individual project components with regular check-ins.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.

• Commitment to accountability, transparency, and ongoing learning.

• Self-driven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
