This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and create visually captivating, brand-aligned web pages.
• Develop and refresh WordPress pages utilizing Beaver Builder and block-based page-building tools.
• Establish and manage page templates, landing pages, banners, graphics, and other website assets.
• Publish, revise, and format website content, including text, images, videos, and campaign pages.
• Collaborate with SEO and Product Marketing teams on content revisions, new page creations, campaigns, and product initiatives.
• Utilize WP Engine staging environments for the development, review, testing, and deployment of website updates.
• Adhere to M-Files brand guidelines concerning typography, color, imagery, and layout.
• Optimize CSS, page layouts, and images for enhanced performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices, such as heading structures, alt text, internal linking, and metadata.
• Proofread and conduct quality checks on pages across various browsers and devices.
• Ensure consistent design elements and content structure throughout.
• Troubleshoot minor layout, styling, and display issues as they arise.
• Keep abreast of trends in web design, usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Coordinate the publishing and maintenance of localized website content in multiple languages.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining websites using WordPress or a similar CMS.
• Practical experience with Beaver Builder and WordPress block-based page-building tools.
• Familiarity with WP Engine, including staging, testing, and production environments.
• Strong visual design capabilities and a solid grasp of layout, typography, color, and brand consistency.
• Proficient in Figma and Sketch.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, including troubleshooting and optimization for CSS.
• Understanding of responsive, mobile-first, accessible, and performance-oriented web design principles.
• Knowledge of on-page SEO fundamentals.
• Experience in collaborating with SEO, Product Marketing, content, and web development teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple website updates and meet deadlines effectively.
• Part-time, one-year contract opportunity.
• Approximately 20 hours per week.
• Hourly rate up to $80/hour, depending on experience.
