Web and Graphic Designer – Email Marketing, Klaviyo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create visually appealing newsletters and automated emails for e-commerce brands.

• Design graphics, layouts, and responsive designs suitable for both desktop and mobile platforms.

• Implement existing brand guidelines across various client projects.

• Craft compelling headlines, copy, and calls-to-action using the Claude Framework.

• Finalize and build emails utilizing Klaviyo.

• Perform autonomous quality assurance checks.

• Work efficiently with Asana and Slack for project management and communication.

• Engage in an interview process and complete a standard design task as part of the selection criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic, web, screen, or digital design.

• A strong portfolio showcasing an excellent eye for typography, layout, and detail.

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or similar applications.

• Experience with responsive web design or email template creation is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms is a plus, though not mandatory.

• Outstanding language skills and a keen interest in the e-commerce sector.

• Highly self-sufficient, structured, and reliable work ethic.

• Capability to adhere to established processes, brand guidelines, and manage recurring responsibilities.

• Native-level German proficiency or C2 level is required.

• Must be based in Germany.
