Freelance Graphic Designer – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate design samples based on typography, visual hierarchy, execution, color, layout, and overall refinement.

• Adhere to comprehensive rubrics to ensure consistent ratings across a large volume of design samples.

• Detect imperfections in slides, ranging from minor issues like font size to significant problems requiring complete redesign.

• Revise defective slides by referencing other slides to achieve coherence in design.

• Register on the platform and commence projects after verifying identity and validating skills.

• Note: Do not create original designs; instead, assess and modify provided samples in accordance with guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in design or the arts (degree or certification).

• Over 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, illustrator, social media marketing specialist, or in a marketing role.

• Proficiency in English at the B1 (Intermediate) level or above.

• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall design effectiveness.

• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to sustain focus during repetitive tasks.

• A portfolio is required for application.

• Identity verification and skill validation are mandatory.

• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or other contemporary design tools is a plus.

• Previous experience in data annotation or AI training is advantageous.
