📋 Description

• Evaluate design samples based on typography, visual hierarchy, execution, color, layout, and overall quality.

• Adhere to detailed rubrics to ensure consistent evaluations across a high volume of design samples.

• Detect imperfections in slides, ranging from minor font-size adjustments to significant issues that necessitate complete redesigns.

• Revise flawed slides using reference slides to ensure cohesion throughout the design.

• Apply with a portfolio, register on the platform, verify identity, validate skills, and begin earning on projects.

• Focus on rating and editing provided samples according to established guidelines, rather than creating original designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in design or arts (degree or certificate).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, illustrator, social media marketing specialist, or marketing professional.

• Proficiency in English at a B1 (Intermediate) level or above.

• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall design effectiveness.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks.

• A portfolio is mandatory for application.

• Access to a laptop and a stable internet connection is required.

• Identity confirmation and skills verification are necessary.

• Experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or other contemporary design tools is a plus.

• Previous experience in data annotation or AI training is advantageous.
