This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +21 more states.
• Design, develop, maintain, publish, and conduct quality assurance on responsive webpages and landing pages in WordPress utilizing Elementor.
• Create and oversee website templates, global styles, reusable sections, and components of the design system.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices, encompassing metadata, heading structures, alt text, internal linking, and approved schema markup.
• Leverage keyword and search-intent insights to enhance webpage structure, user experience, and content performance.
• Identify opportunities for content, FAQs, customer inquiries, and proof points that support SEO, AEO, and GEO objectives.
• Develop marketing materials, campaign assets, presentations, event resources, email graphics, and other branded content.
• Create assets for social media, webinars, partner programs, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Produce and edit lightweight multimedia content, such as videos, social clips, webinar recordings, podcasts, and basic motion graphics.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to Lumelight brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and visual identity protocols.
• Conduct QA reviews of websites for responsiveness, accessibility, browser compatibility, and performance.
• Manage multiple projects, stakeholder reviews, revisions, deadlines, and publishing workflows effectively.
• Collaborate with the Creative Manager and cross-functional teams to convert business objectives into effective visual communications.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, content production, and marketing outcomes.
• Maintain orderly files, brand assets, workflows, and version control processes.
• Obtain approval from the Creative Manager prior to publishing essential website content and campaign deliverables.
• Report directly to the Creative Manager.
• Carry out other assigned duties as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in web design, digital marketing design, creative production, or related positions.
• Proven experience in designing, constructing, updating, publishing, and quality-assuring WordPress websites using Elementor.
• Proficient in WordPress and Elementor.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Preferred experience in supporting B2B marketing organizations and demand generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization approaches.
• Knowledge of AEO and GEO principles.
• Experience in creating multimedia content, including video editing, podcasts, and motion graphics.
• Understanding of website accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or analytics platforms.
• Strong visual design capabilities with expertise in typography, layout, color, imagery, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficient in designing responsive websites and landing pages across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Ability to independently manage website production and publishing tasks.
• Strong understanding of Elementor containers, templates, global styles, forms, and reusable components.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for styling, troubleshooting, and customization purposes.
• Ability to correctly implement SEO elements within WordPress and Elementor.
• Understanding of content structure and customer intent to support SEO, AEO, and GEO objectives.
• Knowledge of website quality assurance, accessibility, image optimization, browser compatibility, and page performance.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, sales, product, and leadership stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished work.
• Ability to work within and thoughtfully extend existing brand guidelines and design systems.

• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, adhering to an agreed-upon schedule.
