This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in fulfilling the measurement and reporting requirements of the marketing department.
• Oversee web analytics and provide reliable reporting.
• Evaluate digital performance and deliver actionable business insights.
• Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders and centralized analytics teams.
• Handle daily web analytics reporting and measurement for essential business websites.
• Ensure GA4 tracking is maintained and validated for page-level, event-level, and conversion measurement.
• Create, develop, and sustain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that include performance analysis and actionable insights.
• Assess the performance of websites, content, campaigns, and conversions.
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work together with BI, analytics, and tagging teams to document requirements, validate tracking implementations, and address data quality concerns.
• Address ad hoc reporting and analysis inquiries.
• Document definitions of metrics, methodologies for dashboards, and reporting standards.
• Standardize recurring business questions into scalable dashboards and repeatable reporting solutions.
• 3-5 years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a related analytical field.
• Practical experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), encompassing reporting, audience segmentation, custom explorations, and data validation.
• Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports in Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities to identify trends, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities.
• Experience in converting stakeholder inquiries into structured analyses, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with website performance metrics, conversion funnels, digital marketing KPIs, and user engagement reporting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, business, analytics, and technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with tag management concepts and digital measurement frameworks, including Google Tag Manager (GTM).
