This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance dashboards utilizing Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or comparable tools.

• Generate interactive reports that convert productivity data into actionable insights for ActivTrak clients.

• Assist in data integration with external systems to improve reporting functionalities.

• Collaborate with engineers to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.

• Establish data validation protocols to maintain high-quality analytical results.

• Perform comprehensive analysis of workforce and productivity trends employing SQL and Python.

• Provide data-driven suggestions that enable clients to enhance performance and decision-making.

• Aid HR, Operations, and Product teams by extracting key datasets from Google BigQuery.

• Guarantee prompt and precise responses to ad-hoc data requests.

• Work together on the creation and refinement of productivity measurement frameworks.

• Align metrics with changing business objectives and customer requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in SQL, focusing on advanced queries and optimization.

• A minimum of 3 years in utilizing BI tools (Tableau, Power BI with DAX and PowerQuery, Looker Studio, or Qlik).

• At least 3 years of experience with Python.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with API Integrations.

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, metrics development, and cross-functional reporting.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with ETL and Data Warehousing.

• At least 3 years of experience with AppScripts and PowerShell.

• Practical experience with Google BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform.

• Strong storytelling and communication abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Self-motivated individual with a growth mindset and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate with various teams towards shared objectives.

• Driven by a passion for developing optimal solutions.

• Preferred: Experience in Workforce Analytics.
