Wealth Management Sales Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, reach out to, and assess B2B2C leads that lead to sales outcomes.

• Nurture, develop, and transform leads into successful sales.

• Generate qualified B2B2C sales leads through outbound calls, emails, webinars, and conferences.

• Create presentations and facilitate live webinars and in-person trade show events for CFP Education and CFFP Professional Designations.

• Manage CRM tracking by uploading leads, updating lead lifecycle stages, and accurately attributing campaign sources to sales opportunities.

• Perform high-volume outbound calls and follow up to secure enrollment commitments in private or on-demand classes.

• Conduct private client cohort kick-off calls to ensure student success in private classes.

• Gather, compile, and format inquiry data lists into standardized templates for CRM processing and mass emails.

• Design and schedule targeted mass email outreach utilizing sales engagement platforms.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing on materials for webinars, mass emails, and trade show participation.

• Work together with cross-functional teams to support client initiatives throughout the sales process.

• Stay updated on Wealth Management products, college policies, private client enrollment portals, and pricing structures.

• Provide wealth management education product support for assigned accounts to ensure that objectives are met.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (or equivalent education and experience).

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for effective daily workflow management.

• Familiarity with sales engagement and email automation tools.

• Proficient in Salesforce CRM software.

• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.

• Willingness to travel approximately 3-4 times per year, including air travel and 3-4 overnight stays.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong public speaking and audience engagement capabilities.

• Proven skills in delivering small group presentations in live environments and via webinars.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
