Water Hygiene Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on water systems.

• Conduct routine flushing and water sampling procedures.

• Measure and log water temperatures.

• Perform regular inspections on water systems.

• Detect and report potential issues, defects, or non-compliance.

• Precisely document completed tasks using company systems.

• Maintain professionalism while working on customer sites and foster positive client relationships.

• Adhere to company health and safety protocols.

• Comply with relevant water hygiene standards and guidelines, including ACOP L8 and HSG274.

• Assist the broader team with water hygiene and Legionella control initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some experience in water hygiene, plumbing, facilities management, maintenance, or a comparable technical environment.

• Prior experience in conducting PPM or routine maintenance is advantageous.

• Enthusiasm for developing a career in the water hygiene sector.

• Strong practical abilities and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.

• Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Solid understanding of workplace health and safety practices.

• Eagerness to learn and participate in relevant training programs.

• Valid UK driving license.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm.
