Configuration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Configure and deliver Clearion Web and Mobile applications for client projects.

• Implement and sustain solutions utilizing the Clearion Studio Configuration tool and VS Code.

• Test and validate configurations by applying QA skills.

• Troubleshoot and investigate configuration challenges in collaboration with Business Analysts, Product, Engineering, GIS, Customer Support, and QA.

• Engage in requirements and business flow review sessions with BAs and the Product team.

• Adhere to established team workflows and standards, identifying and suggesting enhancements.

• Complete configuration tasks punctually and manage priorities to meet project deadlines.

• Communicate any blockers, risks, and delivery timelines to stakeholders.

• Identify and propose improvements for configuration and testing processes.

• Maintain configuration and testing documentation, usage guidelines, and instructions.

• Participate in daily standups, retrospectives, planning sessions, project meetings, and training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience in quality assurance for web and mobile applications, including functional and regression testing.

• Proficiency with DevTools, HTML, XML, JSON, and SQL.

• Familiarity with VS Code and Git is advantageous.

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Experience working within Agile environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed, international team setting.

• Minimum Upper-Level Intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.

• Familiarity with Arcade and GIS/ArcGIS is advantageous.

• Ability to configure software using Clearion Studio and VS Code with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while keeping stakeholders informed.

• Ability to take ownership of tasks, promptly escalate blockers, and remain accountable for results.

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in configuration tooling and product roadmap priorities.
