Water Filtration Technician – On Call

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Respond to on-call dispatches at retail store locations within the local vicinity.

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues related to water vending equipment.

• Complete service reports that include before-and-after photographs during each visit.

• Communicate findings and the status of repairs to the NWS home office.

• Conduct follow-up visits as necessary.

• Concentrate on repairs while NWS manages coordination with the retail stores.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with basic plumbing, encompassing water lines, valves, fittings, and connections.

• Practical experience with basic electrical systems, including wiring, components, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Capability to independently diagnose and repair mechanical equipment.

• Dependable vehicle.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Smartphone equipped with a camera.

• Availability for on-call dispatches in the local area.

• Licensing is not required.
