This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Enter, validate, coordinate, and manage warranty claim data within a database.
• Assess warranty claims for both accuracy and legitimacy.
• Address dealer inquiries related to warranty reconciliations, warranty conditions, and basic troubleshooting for warranty component replacements or repairs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to warranty questions via email.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to claims.
• Adhere to established warranty policies and business practices when approving or denying claims.
• Utilize data mining and analysis to examine historical data and identify trends that support the adequacy of returns.
• Escalate warranty claim-related concerns that require management review or input.
• Input hard-copy warranty claim data into the Warranty Database.
• Report to the US Supervisor of Warranty Service.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience and/or training in a customer service setting, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication experience with international teams, including the use of virtual collaboration tools and cross-time-zone teamwork.
• Familiar with remote working protocols and etiquette.
• Capability to use a computer for 8.5 hours each day.
• Proficient in MS Office applications: Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and interpret safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, as well as procedural manuals.
• Capable of composing professional correspondence, speaking clearly, and exhibiting proper phone etiquette.
• Experience with MS Office, Warranty Database, and Navision.
• Quick and accurate alphanumeric data entry skills, along with proficiency in 10-key pad operations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Minimum broadband availability of 30 Mbps from approved national providers such as Jio, Tata, Airtel, or Hathway Fiber.
• A quiet, dedicated home office environment with sufficient space for two monitors and one laptop.
• Must be prepared to complete a skill assessment task if required prior to the interview.
• The company will provide necessary equipment, including one or two monitors, one laptop, and supporting accessories.
