This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Accurately and promptly process warranty claims.
• Oversee assigned dealers and complete the claims assigned to you.
• Foster positive communication with dealership personnel, manufacturers, and WPI.
• Keep account specifics and handling requirements updated and maintained.
• Ensure accurate claim records and provide detailed claim notes.
• Respond to communications in alignment with WPI expectations.
• Utilize internal reporting tools to reconcile work on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Analyze problems, identify trends, and communicate issues impacting claim-processing efficiency.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of action plans or strategies aimed at enhancing warranty processes.
• Convey any training or resource needs.
• Self-report any identified issues.
• Review warranty repair orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Engage with and assist dealers with any questions or concerns.
• Adhere to WPI policies and procedures regarding claim handling.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Experience as a Direct Warranty Administrator.
• Strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in or willing to learn new computer systems.
• Previous experience in warranty processing is required.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong reasoning and mathematical skills.
