Warehouse Management System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Strategize, conduct analysis, and implement future functionality usage within the WMOS product in collaboration with business users and IT team members.

• Configure WM settings, encompassing locations, printers, and wave templates, while keeping the configuration log updated.

• Diagnose and enhance operational processes in partnership with Operations.

• Supply essential data for the business and convey it effectively to distribution center personnel.

• Gather and document requirements across various functional areas while identifying any gaps.

• Create complex process models and convert user needs into business and functional requirements.

• Oversee supply chain initiatives.

• Engage in resolving functional system issues, diagnosing problems, troubleshooting, and developing technical solutions for WMOS-related customer challenges.

• Offer recommendations based on operational insights.

• Ensure the functional efficiency of WMS across 11 facilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, IT, or a closely related field, along with Supply Chain experience.

• Familiarity with Retail WMS (Manhattan Associates Open Systems).

• Understanding of modification specifications, including writing and reviewing.

• Experience in developing test requirements and test scripts.

• Strong SQL writing skills, along with proficiency in Excel and Word.

• Capability to provide support during both regular and off-hours for East and West Coast operations as required.
