This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance the UKG Pro WFM Scheduling and Clinical Scheduling Extensions modules, focusing on advanced scheduling rules, shift templates, patterns, labor allocation, and patient guidelines.
• Collaborate with field operations to enhance staffing levels, improve patient outcomes, boost staff satisfaction, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Ensure adherence to staff-to-patient ratios, labor laws, healthcare regulations, union agreements, and organizational policies.
• Provide support to end users by troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring prompt resolution.
• Work alongside HR, payroll, operations, and IT teams to synchronize scheduling capabilities with business processes and policies.
• Oversee data accuracy, monitoring aspects such as schedule adherence, timecard exceptions, and system integrations.
• Leverage predictive analytics to anticipate staffing requirements based on patient workload.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and feature rollouts, including testing and documentation processes.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of user guides, job aids, and training materials; conduct training sessions as necessary.
• Engage in workforce analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Examine scheduling, time, and attendance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM, previously known as Kronos Workforce Dimensions or UltiPro, specifically in scheduling.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• The selected candidate must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Strong understanding of scheduling best practices, workforce planning, and labor compliance.
• Experience in configuring scheduling rules, labor groups, locations, and organizational hierarchies within UKG.
• Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and validate extensive datasets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with healthcare workforce management, operational processes, and compliance regulations.
• Knowledge of UKG Advanced Scheduler, Attendance, and Accruals modules.
• Experience in project management or system implementation.
• UKG Pro WFM certification(s) are preferred.
