Waiver QA Consultant – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Assess programmatic initiatives for the leadership team by analyzing data entered into PHS by Program Managers and others.

• Examine documentation and record retention for precision, completeness, and adherence to Tennessee state standards.

• Address inquiries and provide guidance on enhancements and corrections.

• Review individual program-progress documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.

• Suggest actions to address recurring challenges.

• Support the VP, Directors, Program Managers, and other team members in executing accepted recommendations.

• Aid leadership in evaluating processes and procedures for compliance.

• Collaborate with leadership and staff to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must currently reside in Tennessee.

• Experience with Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging programs is required.

• Background in DDA, ECF, CLS, Waiver, and Family Model services.

• Understanding of practices and techniques related to programming for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

• Capability to exercise judgment in interpreting and implementing programs.

• Skill in applying appropriate practices and techniques of supervision.

• Competence in accurately preparing necessary reports and records.

• Access to high-speed internet.

• Must have at least one 27" or larger monitor, mouse, and keyboard to use with the company laptop.

• Proficient computer skills; comfortable with software and technology.

• Ability to work independently without close supervision.

• Must be adaptable and well-organized.

• Must be capable of interacting with a diverse range of individuals.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Candidates in full-time employment must reliably allocate 10 to 15 hours weekly without conflicts with primary job responsibilities.
