Salesforce QA Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive and detailed Salesforce test scripts for user stories.

• Suggest best practices for Quality Assurance.

• Deliver detailed test outcomes to the development team.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams via phone, web conferencing, and MS Teams.

• Supply detailed pass/fail documentation for all deliverables.

• Navigate the application to grasp end-state functionality before the sprint work commences.

• Conduct testing across two small applications.

• Complete testing within each agile sprint.

⛳️ Requirements

• US Citizenship is mandatory.

• Active Public Trust Clearance (from any agency).

• Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.

• Must reside and perform duties within the United States.

• Over 3 years of experience in IT.

• More than 3 years of experience testing all product backlog items and providing pass/fail documentation.

• At least 3 years of experience developing and implementing Software Quality Assurance Plans for projects.

• Over 3 years of experience leading quality assurance and compliance efforts.

• More than 3 years of experience performing regular system quality audits.

• At least 3 years of experience reviewing and analyzing system quality data and documentation.

• Over 3 years of experience creating test scripts.

• More than 2 years of experience in an agile environment.

• At least 2 years of experience developing test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Strong experience working within an agile framework.

• Proficient at analyzing existing system documentation.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proactive and highly communicative.

• Familiarity with basic system technologies.

• Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
