This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement annual strategic business plans to foster new revenue streams and sales expansion for Precision AQ products and services.
• Establish and nurture client relationships, particularly with senior executives, to create new business opportunities and enhance revenue growth.
• Oversee client opportunities from initial prospecting through solution development, SOW finalization, and transition to implementation.
• Collaborate with service line leaders and account management to promote cross-selling opportunities and increase market share.
• Showcase Precision AQ capabilities at conferences, trade shows, webinars, and various lead-generation initiatives.
• Lead market research and analysis focusing on trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
• Develop client-specific strategies and tactical plans to meet sales objectives.
• Work alongside service lines to manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Oversee the sales cycle, including stakeholder meetings, proposals, pipeline management, and transition to implementation.
• Prepare executive summaries and presentations that highlight the value of Precision AQ solutions.
• Negotiate client deliverables and value-based pricing effectively.
• Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce.
• Relay client needs and suggestions to service lines.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations on strategic marketing and lead generation efforts.
• Assist in determining pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
• Monitor competitors and evaluate competitive threats.
• Matrix-manage and mentor team members across the organization.
• Act as a strategic and operational leader within Business Development and Precision AQ.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Over 20 years of experience, ideally in sales and marketing roles within life sciences companies or professional services firms selling products and/or consultancy to life science companies.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth and achieving business results in long-term, consistent roles with a track record of growth and expansion.
• Expertise in consultative, insight-driven, account-based selling methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of life science customer experience and engagement strategies and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional initiatives within organizations.
• Experience in team management and development.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Strong project management abilities with a capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Proven capability to identify, qualify, and negotiate effectively with clients to finalize business agreements.
• Strong analytical abilities and adept at utilizing data and metrics for decision-making.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
