Senior SBA Product Business Development Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Promote a comprehensive array of banking services to businesses eligible for Small Business Administration (SBA) loans.

• Independently source SBA loan origination, focusing on client engagement, origination, and analysis.

• Examine financial statements and accompanying documentation.

• Develop SBA loan proposals.

• Conduct preliminary analysis and create credit packages.

• Ensure adherence to relevant federal, state, and local laws, agency guidelines, and organizational policies.

• Execute additional responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 4 years in SBA lending.

• At least 5 years of experience in SBA/Business/Commercial lending.

• A degree in Business or Finance is preferred.

• Experience in originating SBA loans.

• Knowledge of commercial loan underwriting systems.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor in face-to-face and telephone interactions.

• Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in PC and internet usage.
