This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and personally finalize a portfolio of intricate deals, along with establishing relationships, referral partnerships, and channel partner agreements.
• Take responsibility for the overall team quota achievement and personally handle the sales team's comprehensive quota.
• Participate in SDR calls to mentor demo-setting and meeting-setting strategies in real-time.
• Engage in Account Executives' deals and finalize them personally when necessary.
• Analyze stalled and challenged deals and drive them to successful closure.
• Address objections, budget issues, procurement hurdles, legal complications, and other barriers to signing.
• Increase market share among physician practices, multi-specialty groups, health systems, employer groups, EHR platforms, RCM companies, and billing aggregators.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes from initial discovery to negotiation and contract finalization.
• Implement Nsight Health's ROI narrative for RPM and CCM initiatives.
• Identify and infiltrate high-value target accounts while developing territory and vertical strategies.
• Represent Nsight Health at industry events and cultivate executive relationships.
• Establish and manage channel sales strategies with EHR platforms, RCM companies, clearinghouses, and billing aggregators.
• Create co-selling frameworks, enablement resources, and joint go-to-market approaches.
• Maintain visibility into the partner pipeline and ensure accountability for conversions.
• Lead, develop, recruit, onboard, and retain Account Executives and Senior Account Executives.
• Conduct weekly pipeline assessments, monthly performance reviews, and provide real-time, data-driven coaching.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Clinical Operations, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams.
• Oversee pipeline coverage, conversion rates, contract values, sales velocity, CAC, and LTV metrics.
• Ensure CRM discipline, data accuracy, pipeline integrity, and reporting systems are maintained.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to establish accountability systems and identify pipeline risks.
• Present performance analytics and suggestions to the CEO and leadership team.
• A minimum of 10 years of B2B sales experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior sales leadership position within healthcare, healthtech, and remote care sectors.
• Experience with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and/or Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs.
• Working knowledge of EMR systems and their connection to clinical workflows and program adoption.
• Proven experience selling to outpatient physician groups and nurses.
• Experience in selling to medical billing firms.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management (RCM) and medical billing processes.
• A demonstrated history of scaling a revenue organization through various growth phases.
• Proven capability to lead and develop sophisticated Account Executive and Senior Account Executive teams.
• Direct experience selling to physician practice owners, medical directors, practice administrators, or similar decision-makers.
• A record of personally meeting and exceeding a quota while overseeing the entire team's performance.
• Experience in building or managing a channel or partner sales strategy alongside a direct sales team.
• High fluency in AI and practical knowledge of AI tools integrated into daily professional activities.
• Strong analytical skills, including pipeline funnel analysis and the development of reporting infrastructure.
• A commitment to continuous learning and honing the sales craft.
• Familiarity with CMS reimbursement frameworks for RPM and CCM, including CPT code structures and Medicare billing regulations.
• Experience in building or scaling channel sales through EHR vendors, RCM companies, or practice management systems.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM systems and advanced sales automation tools.
• Ability to work in alignment with US business hours.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000–$300,000 at quota.
• Aggressive accelerators for performance above quota.
• Uncapped commission for exceeding quota.
