Senior Sales Manager – SASE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Build, lead, and enhance the district SASE sales team.

• Scale the team in alignment with company growth and objectives, with a focus on DACH Region Enterprise accounts.

• Drive team performance by managing sales activities on a daily basis, which includes pipeline reviews, demand generation, and channel engagement.

• Collaborate with key partners and take part in quarterly review sessions.

• Influence and engage with top opportunities, directing the team’s focus on significant enterprise accounts.

• Promote a culture of high performance and accountability that aligns with company objectives.

• Motivate the team to explore innovative approaches and utilize insights to address customer challenges.

• Travel within the district as necessary for sales initiatives, client meetings, and team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of B2B enterprise field sales experience.

• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership position within the cybersecurity sector.

• Technical sales expertise in SASE and/or SD-WAN solutions.

• Proven enterprise sales experience with a robust network of decision-makers in the region.

• Specific experience in selling and managing teams within the SASE market.

• Demonstrated success in managing substantial quotas and complex deal negotiations.

• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.

• Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external interactions.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and a self-motivated, results-driven mindset.

• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
