📋 Description

• Enhance the quality, speed, and ambition of product development throughout the Cordance portfolio.

• Collaborate with Business Unit Presidents, Product leaders, and Engineering teams on product strategy and key product decisions.

• Transform customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.

• Challenge existing assumptions around product-market fit, differentiation, prioritization, and investment.

• Evaluate significant product initiatives and decide where to invest, test, accelerate, modernize, or discontinue.

• Introduce rigor to early product validation and link product decisions to adoption, retention, expansion, ARR growth, and customer value.

• Identify opportunities for AI integration and utilize AI throughout discovery, prototyping, validation, development, testing, launch, and optimization.

• Assist teams in leveraging AI-assisted development to enhance speed and reduce time to market.

• Mentor senior Product leaders and PMs to strengthen discovery, prioritization, MVP definition, experimentation, roadmap strategy, and product measurement.

• Set practical product standards and operational rhythms across the portfolio.

• Identify common capabilities, tools, and patterns across various businesses.

• Collaborate with Engineering leaders on SaaS architecture, cloud solutions, APIs, data management, platforms, AI, scalability, and decisions regarding build, buy, or partner/platform strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive B2B SaaS product leadership experience, encompassing the management of products from initial concept through launch and scaling.

• Proven track record of creating and enhancing products, rather than merely managing roadmaps or large Product teams.

• Practical experience in applying AI in both product development and customer-facing offerings.

• Strong comprehension of SaaS economics, including adoption, retention, expansion, monetization, and growth strategies.

• Experience engaging directly with CEOs, Presidents, or senior business executives.

• Background in coaching and developing senior Product leaders and PMs.

• Technical proficiency in SaaS architecture, cloud services, APIs, data platforms, and scalability issues.

• The final candidate must successfully pass a background check.
