VP, Practice Leader – Specialty Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the core sales team and leverage industry connections.

• Work directly with retailers and support agencies.

• Promote InMarket’s Media, Measurement, and Insights product suite.

• Partner with sales leadership to effectively present InMarket’s offerings to retailers and agencies.

• Take ownership of the Specialty Retail vertical, encompassing Arts & Crafts, Clothing, Department Stores, Discount Stores, DIY, Electronics, Furniture, Hardware, Home Decor, Malls, Off-Price Retailers, Shoes, Sporting Goods, and associated subverticals.

• Facilitate brand-level discussions and open opportunities for individual sellers.

• Provide guidance on positioning for individual meetings and work closely with direct sellers.

• Represent InMarket at events and establish the company as a thought leader.

• Note that responsibilities do not include Grocery, Drug, Mass, Dollar, Club, and Convenience Store channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Retail.

• Proven leadership experience working across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with top-tier retailers and agencies.

• Capacity to initiate brand-level discussions for individual sellers.

• Proficiency in advising on positioning for individual meetings and collaborating with direct sellers.

• Interest and capability to speak at events and promote InMarket as a thought leader.
