This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of intricate enterprise opportunities from the initial stages of prospecting and qualification through to discovery, solution development, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Market FIQ's Supply Chain Consulting, Technology Delivery & Transformation, and Implementation services.
• Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders in supply chain, logistics, operations, fulfillment, and technology.
• Identify customer challenges and convert them into comprehensive multi-practice solutions offered by FIQ.
• Develop and sustain an enterprise pipeline through direct outreach, industry connections, referrals, partnerships, and opportunities generated by FIQ.
• Collaborate with Practice Leaders and subject-matter experts to create commercially viable solutions.
• Formulate strategic account plans and pinpoint opportunities to broaden FIQ's presence within customer organizations.
• Uphold rigorous forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM practices.
• Represent FIQ at client meetings, industry conferences, partner events, and executive forums.
• Assist in the development of FIQ's enterprise sales methodology, processes, and structure as the company grows.
• Report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer.
• A minimum of 7 years of B2B enterprise sales experience in supply chain/logistics, professional services, consulting, or enterprise technology.
• A thorough understanding of fulfillment, warehousing, WMS/OMS/WES, 3PL operations, supply-chain technology, or logistics transformation is essential.
• Proven track record in selling complex professional services and consulting engagements, not limited to software products.
• Experience in providing solutions that involve supply-chain technology delivery/transformation, implementation, and/or consulting.
• Demonstrated capability to manage long, complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Proven success in closing high-value enterprise engagements.
• Strong executive presence with experience selling to C-suite and senior operational and technology leaders.
• Excellent commercial judgment regarding scope, pricing, margin, negotiation, and contracting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with consultants, engineers, solution specialists, and delivery leaders throughout the sales process.
• Strong discipline in pipeline management and forecasting.
• Applicants must possess legal authorization to work in Canada.
