This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the growth and advancement of Curvion's new B2B revenue division.
• Directly drive the acquisition of high-value B2B accounts.
• Manage intricate sales cycles from initial discovery and assessment to solution design, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Facilitate strategic discovery sessions and Revenue Architecture engagements with founders, CEOs, revenue executives, and senior stakeholders.
• Convert strategic insights into actionable revenue architecture recommendations, roadmaps, priorities, and implementation strategies.
• Enhance, refine, and develop the Curvion Blue-Print methodology and B2B service offerings.
• Identify opportunities for expansion into recurring and done-for-you service lines.
• Collaborate with the CEO on positioning, offer strategy, pricing, sales strategy, revenue targets, and growth planning.
• Establish forecasting, pipeline management, sales processes, KPIs, reporting, and operational rhythms.
• Create playbooks, processes, methodologies, and infrastructure to shift from founder-led to team-led execution.
• Recruit and nurture sales, strategy, and revenue talent in collaboration with the recruiting department.
• Take on leadership of the broader revenue organization as the division grows.
• Assume responsibility for revenue performance and accountability for targets.
• Significant experience in building and scaling advanced B2B revenue organizations.
• Proven track record of personally selling complex, high-value B2B services, consulting projects, technology, or other solutions.
• Executive-level expertise in discovery, diagnosis, solution design, negotiation, and closing.
• Capacity to assess revenue models, GTM strategy, pipeline, sales organization, economic factors, systems, and performance challenges.
• Knowledge of revenue planning, pipeline requirements, conversion assumptions, sales capacity, headcount, unit economics, and financial limitations.
• Familiarity with GTM and deal flow architecture, ICPs, acquisition channels, funnels, sales motions, and conversion paths.
• Experience in designing sales organizations, including roles, responsibilities, compensation frameworks, KPIs, capacity, management layers, and organizational structure.
• Strong grasp of sales enablement, covering sales processes, methodologies, talk tracks, playbooks, training, onboarding, and representative development.
• Understanding of RevOps, CRM systems, data management, reporting, automation, workflows, integrations, AI, and revenue technology stacks.
• Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, ramping, sales management, coaching, forecasting, and performance management.
• Comfort in transitioning between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
• Experience in building teams and transforming execution into processes, methodologies, roles, scorecards, and systems.
• Commercial acumen with accountability for revenue, margin, and enterprise value.
• Willingness to personally engage in selling, strategizing, negotiating, and executing.
• Ability to function as both a revenue executive and an individual contributor.
• Must personally be accountable for a B2B revenue figure or sales quota (application question).
