VP of Customer Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the execution of customer journeys through strategic planning, implementation, operationalization, and enhancement.

• Assist clients in articulating their vision for Community Health Worker initiatives and crafting operational plans.

• Perform gap analyses on current Community Health Worker programs.

• Establish key performance indicators and develop financial models.

• Identify priority populations and outline workflows, including the information flow between electronic health records and the IMPaCT application.

• Aid clients in recruiting and training empathic, trustworthy Community Health Workers from the communities they represent.

• Support clients in the operationalization of Community Health Worker programs and optimization of KPIs using IMPaCT’s operating system.

• Manage customer relationships and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.

• Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and retention.

• Oversee a growing team and develop systems for efficient performance and account management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare operations and quality leadership.

• Background in B2B customer-facing positions, such as Customer Success or advisory services.

• Comprehensive understanding of value-based care, as well as Medicare and Medicaid financing.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

• Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills.

• Commitment to fostering enduring partnerships.

• Experience in managing clinical program KPIs.

• Capability to transition between high-level vision and operational specifics.
