This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Deliver timely, precise, and exceptional service to all clients by effectively collaborating with various functions within Businessolver.

• Offer direction and support to team members, including formulating annual strategies aimed at growth and retention.

• Conduct strategic business reviews with clients and serve as executive sponsors for pertinent accounts.

• Assess operational metrics to identify trends and risks that necessitate action plans.

• Assist in implementing renewal strategies to ensure ongoing revenue streams.

• Oversee P&L management across teams and provide performance reports to the executive team on a monthly basis.

• Analyze KPIs within the team to detect strategic shifts necessary for achieving targeted results.

• Foster employee satisfaction through coaching, support, career development, and recognition.

• Manage projects and deliver consistent results for successful client outcomes.

• Act as the point of escalation for internal and external service issues requiring support beyond everyday client interactions.

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in the field.

• Over 8 years of progressive experience working with brokers, carriers, and clients in the Benefit Administration sector.

• Strong background in people management and leadership within teams or organizations.

• Experience in coaching leaders to enhance their effectiveness.

• Proficiency in financial management with experience overseeing large budgets.

• Strategic and analytical abilities; capable of executing plans and adjusting when necessary to achieve desired results.

• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Flexible and resourceful, able to perform well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills; responsible for both internal and external communications to foster client and employee satisfaction.
