This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Oversee programs and guarantee excellence in the execution of orders for high-profile clients

• Manage the comprehensive process for new orders, reorders, and modification requests

• Execute transactional responsibilities linked to the complete order process

• Handle new orders and reorders while ensuring precise and timely delivery

• Serve as a subject matter expert on promotional products, solutions, and technological offerings

• Offer consulting services and propose solutions that meet client business requirements

• Cultivate relationships with one or more high-value/high-volume clients

• Provide updates on delivery status and resolve any delivery-related issues

• Raise issues to management when necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience, or Technical Certification and two years of experience

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Four years of experience in Customer Service, particularly in consulting with clients (preferred)

• Extensive knowledge of promotional products and solutions

• Capability to recommend solutions and consult with clients effectively

• Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Pricing, and Merchandising on non-standard proposals
