Client Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Cultivate relationships with clients to grasp their distinct needs and concerns.

• Address requests and respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers.

• Quickly reply to customer questions via phone or electronic communication.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients, both internal and external.

• Organize workflows to align with customers’ timelines and demands.

• Efficiently navigate multiple databases with speed and accuracy.

• Suggest process improvements when appropriate.

• Sustain and expand current customer relationships by providing outstanding service and proactively suggesting relevant services.

• Collaborate with customers and CSC teams to offer solutions that enhance business operations.

• Background in customer service or administrative roles.

• Dynamic self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent prioritization and time-management abilities.

• Adaptable and agile, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient problem-solving skills.

• Strong computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office, Word, and Excel.

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday during designated Hawaii Time hours.

• Willingness to attend training sessions from 6am to 3pm or 5am to 2pm HST.
