This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify, engage, and develop relationships with key stakeholders at financial institutions and retail organizations to generate new revenue for Loomis.
• Lead growth initiatives by executing sales strategies and implementing business development plans.
• Generate new revenue by effectively positioning cash logistics and financial services solutions.
• Prospect, cultivate, and manage relationships with senior decision-makers at designated banking and retail accounts throughout the U.S.
• Implement sales strategies and business plans to meet or surpass revenue targets and growth objectives.
• Strategically plan for and sell ATM services, armored car services, cash vault processing, and additional offerings.
• Create customer solutions that deliver unique value within the financial supply chain.
• Collaborate with corporate, Branch, and District teams to facilitate onboarding and service delivery.
• Analyze market trends and customer requirements to guide product development, pricing, and competitive positioning.
• Conduct calls, presentations, and networking activities with senior Loomis personnel and team members.
• Represent Loomis at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Maintain sales pipeline reporting and CRM documentation for forecasting, performance evaluation, and strategic planning.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
• Report to the SVP–National Financial Business Development regarding performance and results.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with large regional or national accounts.
• Experience in consultative sales within the financial, banking, supply chain, or service industries.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue objectives.
• Experience in enhancing portfolio design, total cost management, and service improvements through technology and process enhancements.
• Financial or accounting expertise focused on value proposition design, unit cost, total cost, EVA, and service enhancements.
• An analytical mindset toward presenting business solutions.
• Ability to foster constructive, collaborative relationships with District Vice Presidents, Branch, and Corporate personnel.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and business partners.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
• Strategic, customer-oriented approach.
• Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
• Effective communication skills with organizational stakeholders and external business contacts.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other related software.
