
VP, Lead to Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Lead-to-Cash and enterprise systems application roadmap.
• Act as the main decision-maker for system capabilities, roadmap prioritization, governance standards, and future-state architecture direction.
• Prioritize enhancements, integrations, workflow automation, and process improvements.
• Maintain a multi-year capability roadmap, system governance, standards, policies, and operating procedures.
• Oversee and enhance the entire Lead-to-Cash process.
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance of processes across business functions.
• Identify process bottlenecks and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise ERP functionality to ensure system capabilities, configurations, and data flows meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT leaders to optimize workflows, controls, reporting, integrations, and data quality.
• Define the future-state Lead-to-Cash operating model and prioritize opportunities for automation.
• Assess emerging capabilities and convert them into governed, value-driven investments.
• Serve as a liaison among executive stakeholders, business process owners, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on priorities, decision rights, requirements, risks, trade-offs, and system modifications.
• Lead governance forums and steering committee discussions.
• Communicate system performance, roadmap progress, investment requirements, project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Provide oversight for the delivery of major initiatives, upgrades, integrations, and automation.
• Establish data governance standards across Lead-to-Cash platforms.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to track business performance and process effectiveness.
• Ensure systems comply with security, audit, business continuity, and disaster recovery standards.
• Support both internal and external audits and adhere to regulatory reporting requirements.
• Deliver high-quality first-party data that enables businesses to gain precise insights, activate audiences, and measure impact.
• Experience in enterprise platform leadership.
• Understanding of how technology, data, processes, and business operations converge to drive growth.
• Possess a product mindset.
• Strong financial and operational insight.
• Proven track record of modernizing complex business environments through scalable systems, automation, governance, and cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into platform capabilities while balancing business value, risk, adoption, controls, and long-term scalability.
• Experience managing Lead-to-Cash and enterprise systems application roadmaps.
• Familiarity with lead and opportunity management, CPQ, contract lifecycle management, order management, professional services automation, billing and invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and customer account management.
• Experience overseeing ERP functionality that supports finance, procurement, inventory, professional service automation, operational processes, data entry, and reporting.
• Knowledge of AI, workflow automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent process design.
• Understanding of security, compliance, segregation of duties, audit, business continuity, and disaster recovery requirements.
