Senior Vice President, Professional Services

📋 Description

• Oversee Clinisys’ worldwide Professional Services division

• Establish strategic objectives for service delivery frameworks, capacity management, utilization strategies, and global operational structures

• Create a multi-year strategy for AI-enabled delivery, automation, workflow intelligence, and data-driven decision-making

• Align the Professional Services strategy with the company's objectives, product strategy, and regional market demands

• Implement global governance for service delivery quality, adherence to methodologies, engagement risk management, and customer-facing operational routines

• Direct the comprehensive delivery of implementation and deployment initiatives

• Utilize AI-driven tools for project health assessment, risk forecasting, quality control, and real-time project oversight

• Promote the use of AI-assisted implementation accelerators, automated configuration suggestions, intelligent test automation, and data migration validation tools

• Manage the global project portfolio, including risks, budgets, timelines, scope, and customer escalations

• Define and uphold delivery lifecycle processes from initial scoping and estimating to post-go-live support

• Monitor and enhance utilization, realization, backlog, delivery margins, timely and budget-compliant delivery, and customer value achievement

• Take ownership of service revenue forecasting, backlog expansion, margin performance, and contributions to financial objectives

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance on AI-enhanced scoping, pricing, and commercial governance tools

• Develop scalable and lucrative service offerings, including AI-enabled services

• Identify new revenue opportunities, areas for expansion, and value-added services

• Ensure implementation initiatives deliver quantifiable, outcome-oriented value

• Cultivate executive-level relationships with strategic clients and serve as a trusted advisor

• Integrate AI-driven change management and readiness tools to facilitate customer adoption and value realization

• Lead post-implementation transition processes and customer handover to operational teams

• Build and expand a global Professional Services team encompassing delivery leadership, program management, consulting, training, and PMO

• Drive workforce planning, skills enhancement, and resource management

• Create learning pathways for AI literacy, data-driven consulting, analytical reasoning, and delivery innovation

• Promote a performance-driven culture centered on delivery excellence, customer advocacy, accountability, and continuous improvement

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or computer science; or equivalent relevant experience required

• 10 years of experience leading large-scale software implementations required

• 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector required

• Lab experience preferred

• 10 years of a proven track record in driving profitability and utilization

• Experience in process improvement required

• Successful experience working across all levels within internal and external organizations

• Strong demonstrated emotional intelligence

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities, one-on-one coaching, and exceptional listening skills

• Ability to effectively lead, mentor, and coach teams and individuals

• Proven capacity to meet deadlines, budgets, and plans

• Capability to oversee and implement multiple critical projects simultaneously

• Effective executive presence

• Sense of urgency in achieving business goals and quotas

• Creativity in discovering new opportunities

• Ability to supervise a globally distributed team of 4–7 direct reports and 500–600 indirect reports

• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically, up to 25%–50%
