This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Innovate the insurance sector with software solutions focused on claims processing.
• Manage the complete growth engine across ABM/PBM, paid advertising, digital marketing, SEO/AEO, events, lifecycle initiatives, and the web for the top 80 named carriers.
• Collaborate with Sales and the founders to finalize the named-account list.
• Design and initiate person-based marketing strategies targeted at key accounts.
• Establish and oversee the marketing-to-sales service level agreement (SLA), including rhythm, transitions, and service standards.
• Recruit, nurture, and lead a small, senior AI-focused team.
• Set the team’s quality benchmarks and operational tempo.
• Define the ABM, PBM, and attribution technology stack.
• Utilize weekly dashboards of named-account data and other pertinent metrics.
• Transform flagship events into named-account initiatives with integration into the PBM system.
• Maintain a continuous online, paid, and search presence in conversations with CCOs, CIOs, and CAIOs.
• Ensure that marketing plays, gifting policies, and event formats adhere to carrier anti-bribery regulations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, technical marketing operations/data teams, and the founders.
• Over 10 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or integrated marketing.
• Proven senior leadership in a named-account/ABM strategy.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing ABM/PBM programs for a defined, high-value account list.
• Ideally experienced with enterprise or regulated buyers.
• Proficient in paid advertising, digital marketing, SEO/AEO, events, lifecycle marketing, web strategies, and attribution analytics.
• Strong operational discipline and capability to establish and oversee a marketing-to-sales SLA.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to enhance the effectiveness of a small senior team.
• Proficiency in collaborating closely with sales teams and technical marketing operations/data professionals.
