This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of and enhance Point C's analytics strategy, which includes data platforms, governance, operating models, and delivery standards.
β’ Act as the primary accountable executive for analytics results throughout the organization, ensuring uniformity, scalability, and reliability in all analytics products.
β’ Define clear priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics that align with the company's strategy and growth objectives.
β’ Formulate and implement Point C's strategy for reporting to employers and brokers.
β’ Guarantee that analytics outputs fulfill the requirements of brokers, employers, and internal business partners, emphasizing accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights.
β’ Collaborate with Sales to develop analytics for prospects, brokers, and pipeline management.
β’ Work with Operations leadership to identify and refine operational KPIs.
β’ Partner with Finance to devise and present analytics related to revenue retention, margins, and overall financial performance.
β’ Collaborate with Case Management and Utilization Management teams to produce clinical analytics.
β’ Team up with Business Development to evaluate potential acquisitions, assist in data-driven due diligence, and lead the integration of data post-acquisition.
β’ Standardize the data from acquired entities and integrate it into enterprise data lakes and analytics platforms.
β’ Supervise the design, upkeep, and advancement of enterprise data lakes and analytics platforms.
β’ Direct initiatives to merge, standardize, and harmonize data across various systems.
β’ Establish and uphold standards for data governance, quality, and cleanliness.
β’ Ensure that analytics are constructed on reliable, well-governed data, complete with transparent definitions and lineage.
β’ Build, lead, and develop a high-performing enterprise analytics organization.
β’ Transform the team into a disciplined, scalable agile delivery model in line with SAFe-like principles.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong preference for payer environments (fully insured and/or self-funded).
β’ More than 7 years in an IT leadership position, showcasing a history of driving digital transformation, managing cross-functional teams, and aligning technical initiatives with business objectives.
β’ Proven success in scaling enterprise analytics capabilities in multifaceted, multi-system settings.
β’ Demonstrated experience managing analytics from end to end, covering platforms, governance, delivery, and business results.
β’ Experience in working within and leading teams in an agile delivery environment.
β’ Strong background with Microsoft Azure-based analytics platforms is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with data domains related to healthcare claims, eligibility, clinical information, provider data, and network data.
β’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred.
β’ Experience managing teams utilizing Azure SQL Server, Databricks, and Power BI is preferred.
