VP – Head of Studio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the functions of the Traditional Studio, GenAI Studio, and Marketing Production.

• Take responsibility for output and performance across all three areas.

• Supervise Motion/Editorial Leads, GenAI Lead, and Associate Director of Studio.

• Establish creative and technical benchmarks for the studios.

• Report on studio performance, capacity, and strategic plans to the Global CCO.

• Manage the execution of live-action shoots, motion graphics, configurators, website motion, social media, and large-scale content production.

• Collaborate with Creative Directors to refine ideas and guide video productions from initial concept to final cut.

• Provide conclusive creative and technical supervision during post-production.

• Develop and sustain custom tools for large-scale content production and intricate VFX pipelines.

• Lead GenAI initiatives and design multi-model chains for production-quality imagery.

• Innovate hybrid workflows that merge traditional production and GenAI techniques.

• Offer creative guidance on brand films and case-study films.

• Direct production logistics, including scope, timeline, budget, vendor management, and delivery.

• Create pricing models and commercial frameworks for studio services.

• Optimize the utilization of talent and assist with contractor and full-time hiring processes.

• Present GenAI and content capabilities to CMOs and senior client stakeholders.

• Facilitate account growth and evaluate content deals.

• Collaborate with Google and Microsoft platform teams on tailored platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient/fluent in English.

• Over 15 years of experience in TVC/commercial production, including creative direction, directing, and post-production.

• A strong, verifiable portfolio that covers creative/concept, directing, post/VFX/motion/color, and GenAI-driven content.

• Background in VFX compositing, color correction, and technical filmmaking.

• Proven record of leading multiple production functions and teams.

• Established expertise in GenAI/multi-model pipeline with a focus on fidelity and consistency control.

• History of implementing new workflows and methodologies within a production team.

• Comfortable presenting to C-suite and CMO audiences.

• Experience in qualifying and scoping deals as a subject-matter expert in a sales-support role.

• Knowledge of coding/scripting related to production tooling.

• Experience in resource utilization planning and talent-network management for both billable and internal projects.

• Development of pricing and commercial models for production services.
