Executive Vice President

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Drive the next growth phase for Caliber Public Safety

• Define the strategic vision for the organization

• Oversee operational goals across sales, support, product development, and professional services

• Motivate and guide an executive team to meet business objectives

• Modify and spearhead operational excellence initiatives for ongoing business enhancement

• Attain net revenue and EBITA growth objectives alongside the management team

• Cultivate new and existing leaders within the organization

• Deliver comprehensive quarterly updates to senior corporate managers on business performance and future plans

• Present monthly business reports to Senior Executives along with the executive team

• Formulate long-term technology strategies in collaboration with the Public Sector Group leadership team

⛳️ Requirements

• At least ten years of experience in a senior leadership role

• A minimum of 5 years within the Law Enforcement and Justice sector (Preferred)

• Preference will be given to candidates with Harris group experience

• Proven experience managing a multi-functional team of 75 or more members

• Experience overseeing a complete Profit and Loss statement with a minimum revenue of $15M
