This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership of the global Cisco business and spearhead the global Security business.
• Establish strategic direction to grow, evolve, and scale Cisco and Security businesses on a global scale.
• Create and implement a multi-year transformational strategy for high-value solutions encompassing cloud, networking, data and AI, data center, and services.
• Convert enterprise strategy into key growth priorities.
• Align global stakeholders and expedite the adoption of essential capabilities.
• Utilize the matrix model to drive execution across various regions, vendors, and solution teams.
• Formulate and execute a Cisco multi-year growth strategy in accordance with TD SYNNEX enterprise priorities.
• Promote higher-value solutions in areas such as cloud, data and AI, security, services, networking, and communications.
• Define and advance the global Security strategy.
• Capture market growth and enhance vendor-funded opportunities.
• Fortify TD SYNNEX’s competitive position in key regions.
• Lead through influence alongside regional presidents, country leaders, vendor teams, and solution-area leaders.
• Align priorities, eliminate barriers, and drive execution from global strategy to regional and country implementation.
• Build strategic partnerships with leading Security vendors.
• Obtain financial, technical, and programmatic support for transformation and new business opportunities.
• Establish executive exchanges, business reviews, and governance forums.
• Ensure alignment, accountability, and momentum towards growth and transformation objectives.
• Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and portfolio opportunities.
• Propel growth at a rate faster than the market across Cisco and Security while meeting AFC targets.
• Foster the adoption of PartnerFirst and other vital platforms, digital programs, practices, and services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
• A master’s degree, postgraduate degree, or MBA in Security, Networking, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 10 to 15+ years of relevant leadership experience is necessary.
• Direct experience with Cisco is essential.
• Proven experience in the security industry.
• Strong understanding of the channel dynamics.
• Technical and sales experience in Security and Networking.
• Capacity to translate market, vendor, and customer needs into scalable growth strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence within a complex, global matrix organization.
• 15+ years of experience in people leadership, including direct management and development of high-performing teams.
• Attention to accuracy and efficiency with key details.
• Basic mathematical calculation skills are required.
• Proficient communication skills in English and other local/regional languages.
• Ability to create and deliver formal presentations.
• Skilled in negotiation and persuasive promotion of ideas/sales.
• Capability to interact effectively with managers and senior management levels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse identities.
