This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Engage in ongoing red-team assessments of the company's products, infrastructure, APIs, and agentic systems.

• Detect and replicate vulnerabilities, then collaborate with engineers to facilitate remediation.

• Evaluate AI-specific attack surfaces such as prompt injection, tool misuse, data leakage, permission escalation, memory poisoning, and unsafe agent behavior.

• Employ agents, automation, and security tools to consistently probe systems and identify weaknesses.

• Prioritize findings based on exploitability, user impact, and business risk.

• Enhance authentication, authorization, identity management, secrets management, data boundaries, and overall infrastructure security.

• Develop lightweight monitoring, testing, and defensive systems that evolve alongside the product.

• Assist in establishing practical security standards and development practices without adding unnecessary processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in application, product, cloud, or offensive security.

• Practical skills in identifying, exploiting, debugging, and resolving vulnerabilities.

• Strong comprehension of modern web architecture, APIs, authentication/authorization, cloud infrastructure, and data security.

• Solid engineering background and coding proficiency to create security tools, automation, and fixes.

• Knowledge of AI/LLM security risks and a keen interest in securing agentic systems.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Practical judgment and familiarity with established security best practices.

• Experience in red-teaming LLM or agent systems, developing automated security testing infrastructure, or working on products involving sensitive identity, memory, permissions, or user data is particularly advantageous.

• Must be located in Latin America.

• Proficient in English.
