AI Security Engineer – Offensive Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Engage in continuous red-teaming of the company's products, infrastructure, APIs, and agentic systems.

• Detect and reproduce vulnerabilities, collaborating with engineers to ensure remediation.

• Evaluate AI-specific attack vectors such as prompt injection, tool misuse, data leaks, permission escalation, memory poisoning, and unsafe agent behaviors.

• Utilize agents, automation, and security tools to consistently probe systems and reveal weaknesses.

• Prioritize findings based on exploitability, user impact, and business risk.

• Enhance security measures related to authentication, authorization, identity, secrets management, data boundaries, and infrastructure.

• Develop lightweight monitoring, testing, and defense mechanisms that evolve alongside the product.

• Assist in establishing practical security standards and development practices without adding unnecessary processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in application, product, cloud, or offensive security.

• Proven ability to identify, exploit, debug, and remediate vulnerabilities hands-on.

• Strong grasp of modern web architecture, APIs, authentication/authorization, cloud infrastructure, and data security.

• Solid engineering principles and sufficient coding skills to create security tools, automation, and solutions.

• Awareness of AI/LLM security risks and a keen interest in securing agentic systems.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, zero-to-one environment.

• Practical judgment in applying established security best practices.

• Must be located in Latin America.

• Proficient in English.

• Experience in red-teaming LLM or agent systems, creating automated security testing infrastructure, or working on products with sensitive identity, memory, permissions, or user data is highly desirable.
