This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Bounteous’ most intricate transformation projects within Health Systems, Life Sciences, and B2B sectors.
• Provide guidance to C-suite executives on digital strategies, AI integration, organizational change, and modernization of operating models.
• Lead and support $6M–$8M in annual pre-sales initiatives while expanding strategic client accounts.
• Serve as an executive strategist throughout engagements, ensuring alignment of business objectives, solution approaches, execution of delivery, and outcomes of change.
• Embed change management across all stages of transformation initiatives in collaboration with Solutioning, Client Service, and Delivery leadership.
• Craft AI-enhanced transformation strategies that link technological capabilities to organizational preparedness, role redefinition, and innovative work methodologies.
• Create target operating models that address changes driven by AI workflows, decision rights, and organizational structure.
• Formulate strategies for stakeholder engagement, communication, and managing resistance.
• Enhance client-side change capabilities through training programs, AI literacy initiatives, and the establishment of Centers of Excellence.
• Establish responsible AI governance frameworks, which include change controls, phased adoption strategies, rollback procedures, and escalation paths.
• Spearhead development of industry-specific strategies for member/patient engagement, redesigning digital front doors, and AI-enabled commercialization.
• Contribute to the strategy for the Health portfolio and the cultivation of strategic partnerships.
• Link growth modeling to transformation efforts while articulating impacts on EBIT and ROI.
• Over 15 years of experience in digital strategy, change management, or consulting related to technology transformation.
• Significant emphasis on technology-enabled transformation.
• Extensive knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including payer, provider, and/or life sciences organizations at an enterprise level.
• Proven success in leading enterprise digital transformation strategies encompassing people, processes, data, and technology.
• Experience in developing target operating models, role redesigns, and governance frameworks for the adoption of AI/technology.
• Strong financial insight with the ability to relate transformation initiatives and their outcomes to business value.
• Background in crafting commercial and growth strategies within the healthcare sector, including patient/member engagement and retention.
• Outstanding executive presence with the capacity to influence C-suite stakeholders, navigate complex organizational structures, and lead amidst uncertainty.
• Demonstrated success in business development and strategic endeavors.
• Capable of leading through influence, mentorship, and collaborative efforts across functions in a global, matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline.
• Awareness of information security, risk assessment, data privacy, and data protection practices, including GDPR and CCPA compliance.
