AI-First Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design assets for Growth campaigns: performance creatives, landing pages, ads, and social media content that align with brand standards.

• Identify bottlenecks in the design workflow and recommend automation solutions.

• Implement generative AI workflows to speed up the production of assets, variations, formats, and languages.

• Collaborate with Growth Marketing to quickly translate growth hypotheses into testable assets.

• Measure the impact of the assets and iterate based on performance data.

• Document and systematize processes to scale work without relying on repetitive manual tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in design (Growth, Product, Brand, or Visual).

• Previous experience in fintech or startups.

• Strong proficiency in Figma and standard design tools within the industry.

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools applied to design (Midjourney, image/video generation tools, AI plugins in Figma, etc.).

• Genuine interest in automation; experience with Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar tools is highly valued.

• Growth mindset: understanding that an asset must be effective, not just aesthetically pleasing.

• Ability to work autonomously 100% remotely in a team distributed across multiple countries.
